Women in STEM Conference - April 11, 2026
Our 18th annual Women in STEM Conference (2026) for girls in grades 5-8 is now live! This conference historically fills to capacity VERY quickly and there is always a waiting list.
On April 11, 2026, the Northborough Junior Women’s Club will be hosting the 18th Women in STEM Conference for Middle School Girls. This free conference, open to 5th to 8th grade girls, seeks to actively engage and empower pre-adolescent girls in STEM workshops presented by dynamic women role models working in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math.
Prior to submitting the registration, please consult with your daughter(s) about their preferences. If you are registering more than one child, you will need to complete a separate form for each child.

17th NJWC Women in STEM Conference for Middle School Girls - 2025
We are so gratful for a successful Women in STEM Conference for Middle School Girls, on Saturday April 12,2025. Despite snow and cold all our participants, our keynote speaker, volunteers and members helped make this event possible. Thank you to our host - Algonquin Regional High School, the custodian and all student volunteers. We are thankful to all of them.

Our Keynote speaker - Nicole Reineke is a distinguished product manager at N-able and teaches AI Innovation at Georgetown University.
Nicole has founded and led high-tech companies, establishing expertise in areas such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud edge device management, augmented and virtual reality, data center management and intelligent data management. Prior to her current role Nicole was the senior vice president of Innovation at Iron Mountain and a senior distinguished engineer in the office of Dell Technologies.
