The Northboro Junior Woman’s Club is comprised of over 50 women who want to help the community through volunteer efforts.
Some of our Community Projects include Women In Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM), Styrofoam Recycling, Pinwheels for Prevention, and we support many international and local non-profits. We also support the library, the Northborough and Worcester food pantries, Community Meals, Northborough parks and many more local and state organizations.
NJWC’s polystyrene (PS6) recycling project won Massachusetts GFWC Community Improvement Program In October 2014.
NJWC is a member of the General Federation of Women’s Club.
We started 40 years back in year 1975 with group of ladies having same mindset of helping our community through volunteer efforts. Its been 40 years now our club has grown from 5 ladies to 50 ladies working with the same passion and great enthusiasm to help community.
We are proud that our dedication has never wavered through four decades of community service. To learn more, check out the recent article - Northboro Junior Woman's Club celebrates 40 Years, found in The Community Advocate.
